              Team Member Commission Plan

              You will be responsible for paying a monthly fee for each Associate designated to your team. We will deduct any admin, corporate, office or insurance premiums from compensation earned by your Designated Associate and they will assign the balance of their commissions to you. You will be required to provide your Associate with your agreed upon compensation structure to be paid to your designated Associate.
