As a military family we don´t have much time to investigate an area in person so much of our search was online. We put our feelers out and Patrick stood out as the most responsive and helpful agent that we contacted. He has followed through on all of our requests, been patient with our questions and shown a dedication to his job by how much time he has spent helping us until our transfer is complete. We appreciate his honesty and felt that he was our advocate from the beginning. We usually try not to use realtors as we have had negative experiences in the past but working with Patrick has been a very positive experience.
