Patrick Hale is the CEO & Broker of Record for The Local Realty, and founder of the real estate technology corporation, PropTech Holdings. A seasoned California Real Estate Expert with 18+ Years of industry experience, Patrick has negotiated over $1.2 Billion and is rated in the top 5% of all agents in California selling 300+ properties.
Mr. Hale is an entrepreneur with a diverse background in real estate, including Home Building, Construction, Mixed-Use Development, Asset Management and Residential/Commercial Brokerage.
Patrick received his bachelor’s degree in City Planning from San Diego State University (San Diego, CA) where he was awarded the Outstanding Business Student of the Year Award and assisted in founding The Real Estate Society; a non-profit student organization which exposes college students to all aspects of real estate and connects students with careers in the real estate industry.
In 2012, Patrick was elected as the youngest member of the Board of Directors in history for the San Diego Association of REALTORS and the San Diego MLS (previously Sandicor) serving over 19,000 real estate professionals. Patrick maintains an active membership in the National, California, Monterey County and Pacific Southwest Association of REALTORS as well as a member of CRMLS and MLSlistings.
In addition to his work at The Local Realty, Patrick is also the Founding Principle of Proptech Holdings, a real estate technology holdings company that operates 17 brands and 2000+ online networks. As technology continues to change the way professionals and consumers of real estate do business, Patrick continues to assist in building a pathway for the future of the real estate industry.
