Mr. Hale is an entrepreneur with a diverse background in real estate, including Home Building & Construction, Mixed-Use Development, Investments & Asset Management and Residential/Commercial Brokerage.
Patrick received his bachelor’s degree in City & Urban Planning from San Diego State University (San Diego, CA), where he was honored with the Outstanding Business Student of the Year Award. He played a key role in founding The Real Estate Society a non-profit organization that connects students to real estate careers and provides exposure to all aspects of the industry.
In 2012, Patrick was elected as the youngest member of the Board of Directors in history for the San Diego Association of REALTORS and the San Diego MLS (previously Sandicor) serving over 19,000 real estate professionals. Patrick maintains an active membership in the National, California, Monterey County and Pacific Southwest Association of REALTORS as well as a member of CRMLS and MLSlistings.
Beyond his leadership at The Local Realty, Patrick is the Founding Principal of PropTech Holdings, a real estate technology company that oversees more than 16 brands and 400 domains focused on improving how real estate professionals and consumers invest, lease, and transact in real estate. Patrick also serves as CEO and Principal of Wireless Equity Group, a top Wireless and Digital Infrastructure Fund specializing in the acquisition and management of cell towers and wireless real estate assets.
