Any photo submission on TheLocalRealty.com becomes the property of The Local Realty, Inc. The Local Realty has the right to use any submitted photo for its business and public relations use, including, but not limited to, display of the original or copies of a photo at events, on websites, in print reproduction and other marketing materials

By submitting photography and other information, you agree to have your photograph displayed on The Local Realty’s websites in addition to any partner or affiliated websites. You understand that, upon submission, the photo becomes the sole property of the The Local Realty. You affirm that it is you who took the photo, and that you have full rights to the content of the photograph. You affirm that any person(s) appearing in the photograph have given their permission to be included, and that their signed statements will be provided at the request of The Local Realty. You agree to hold The Local Realty harmless in case of any dispute over the identity of the photographer.
