This fee covers internet access (including equipment, WIFI and streaming TV services thru YouTube TV ($160) and a standard month-end cleaning service ($140). Should any additional cleaning services be required, or requested by the tenant, the payment for those services will also be the responsibility of the tenant. Any additional TV streaming charges incurred by the tenant, but charged to the Landlord's account will be reimbursed to the Landlord in tenants next month's rental payment. A $50 late fee will be charged if rent is not received within five calendar days after rent is due.
