350 West Ash San Diego is located in one of downtown San Diego’s most popular neighborhoods, Little Italy. This highly unique 12-story building was originally built as an office building and sits atop a 5-story parking structure. In 2005, B&H Development gutted the interior and built this architecturally interesting 76-unit Little Italy condo complex.
